Production is now underway for the inaugural edition of the NUESTRO: Who’s Who in Hispanic Media directory. Advertisements can be purchased before April 25. We will only list the top 100 Hispanic media professionals. Categories are: Radio, Television, Newspapers, Magazines and Online media.

The Historical Black Press Foundation will recognize the accomplishments of outstanding Hispanic newspapers and publications in the NUESTRO: Who’s Who in Hispanic Media directory, which will be published in 2007.

BET Under Fire from Black Journalists
(BlackPodcasts.com) Black journalists from around the country are taking issue with Black Entertainment Television's alleged reverse discrimination at the BET Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta, GA last month. The journalists contend that BET made Black journalists stay in a tent outside the event and watch the taping on TV while white news outlets like CNN, AP and others were given access to the celebrities.
