(BlackPressMagazine.com) - Known for his bad boy ways, it has always been easy to catch the former undisputed champ Zab Judah (36-5, 25 KOs) (right) doing something bad. But recently in Harlem, New York, Black Press Magazine caught the handsome boxer doing something good.

Judah was on hand to lend his name, support and image to a new campaign to get urban youth to become financially literate.

"Like my brother was telling me today, it's important for me and other celebrities to come out here and talk to these young kids because all they do know is street life: gambling, hustling, selling drugs. They think that that's life. Fast cars, fast money, you know. They watch all these movies like "Paid in Full" and they think, 'Yo, that's the way of life,' but it's not," said Judah during an exclusive podcast interview with BlackPressRadio.com. "What helped me was being an athlete. Not to say that will help everyone, but that really helped me," he said.

Judah discusses the need for financial literacy during a community event held at the Harlem Hope Center.

"[I'm doing this] so some of these young kids to come out here and to find out how to manage their money," said Judah during the interview.

After performing well in his last four boxing matches, the once-banned boxer reapplied for a Nevada license in February 2008 after losing it during a brawl after the April 8, 2006 fight with Floyd Mayweather, Jr. During his interview with BlackPressRadio.com, Judah talks about the Mayweather fight and challenges the boxer to a rematch.

Oddly, Floyd Mayweather Sr., who has a strained relationship with his son and brother, Roger Mayweather, is helping Judah train for the fight and will likely appear in his the corner against upcoming battle with "Sugar" Shane Mosley (44-5, 37 KOs) at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas. The fight will also be historic because it will mark the first battle that Judah has faced in the state Nevada since his landed a low blow punch to Mayweather, Jr. that caused the in-ring fight in which Judah was fined $250,000, while his father and trainer Yoel Judah, who exchanged punches with Mayweather's uncle and trainer, Roger was fined $100,000.

"I will make him retire," Judah said during the podcast interview.

But, Mosley feels otherwise and doesn't appear concerned about the fight. In fact, 36-year-old former three-division champion publicly said that the Judah fight will be just a "stepping stone" to the fights he truly seeks. After losing an unanimous decision to Miguel Cotto on Nov. 10, Mosley was forced to "settle" for a fight with Judah because he couldn't get a rematch with WBA champion Cotto. Judah also lost during a KO with Cotto.

Judah shocked the boxing world by asking for a public drug test before the fight because Mosley was accused of using performance enhancing drugs and admitted to such, although he says it was unintentional. Mosley is suing his former trainer for giving him the drugs and the hearing was set for May 29, just two days before the originally scheduled Judah-Mosley fight. The fight has been rescheduled until August 2, 2008 due to a major injury suffered by Judah when he fell in the shower.

As part of the six part "LIVE from NEW YORK" Podcast Series, Black Press Magazine also interview his brother, Super Welterweight boxer Josiah Judah and New Jets running back Thomas Jones, who also attended and spoke at the event.
