Black Press Magazine: Entertainment insider news

Bret Michaels stars in "Rock of Love" VH1's zany new reality show Bret Michaels of VH1's Rock of Love

(BlackPressMagazine.com) - Hot on the heels of VH1's record breaking hits, "Flavor of Love" and "I Love New York," comes a fresh new take on this wildly exciting relationship show.

Is it us or is Bret Michaels old as hell but oddly sexy? We wanted to ignore the show, but we caught the first episode and have to say...it's going to be a big hit. With sidekick, head of security and best friend "Big John" at the helm five women were immediately sent home before they were even allowed in the house, but one woman named Tiffany wouldn't take no for an answer. She managed to talk her way back into the house.

Known as the bandana-clad, blue-eyed lead singer/songwriter from one of today's legendary rock bands, Bret Michaels has been handpicked by VH1 and producers Mark Cronin & Cris Abrego to take the "Rock of Love with Bret Michaels" series to all new heights of rock-n-roll insanity!

The hard-rockin' Poison front man is looking for a woman who can truly keep up with his rock-n-roll lifestyle and not become jealous of his one true passion performing which has been the reason for and destruction of most of his relationships.

As VH1's hottest eligible bachelor, a bevy of beauties will vie to win his heart in the new series "Rock of Love with Bret Michaels."

VH1 is on fire and with the buzz its reality TV shows are causes, there's no end in sight.
